They should make him re-enter qualifying races to re-earn his license. In these qualifying drives, you have to show the judges that you can drive horses from off the pace, from in a hole, on the lead.  Etc etc. Not just send them down the road. He obviously has no idea how to drive. He ruined a race(s) Curious about what he thinks about how he drove??
