It's being reported that his Uncle and Cousin are representing him in Court. Victim is 13 yrs old.
I truly hope the Ohio Justice System does its job correctly and he goes away for a long time.

these are direct words from the affidavit of the detective.....the victim disclosed that a family member, defendant Ayers Ratliff, forcibly had engaged in sexual intercourse with her the night prior.
Does not sound like BS to me. He goes in front of the judge on Friday

Ayers the owner from Wellington was not arrested.

Thanks, I had no clue he wasn't the Ayers listed as owner in the program.

His bond states he has to stay away from “A.R.”, notes they are a minor, and also says he needs to stay away from an address…. Auditors website lists him as the owner of that address……

I don’t think the prosecutor was talking about the charges themselves, I think he was talking about the dollar amount that the bond was going to be set at.
