This has been the talk for quite some time now. Wagner and Morgan's names have been in the same discussion and it's nothing new. I hope this is the straw the broke the camel's back. You can't tell me that these guys are being protected because they need them to fill races. Unless this is out and out bribery, protection, extortion, or something of the like...WTF?!?!?!? I don't even believe this applies to Burke yet alone these two. Enough.

It has been reported to be as many as 19 horses between Delaware and Maryland have come up positive for the newest drug to hit harness racing, Synthetic Marijuana. The mindset of these so-called trainers to keep looking for new chemicals to place into their horses to cheat the public and make a lot of money is disgusting!

Wagner was one of the first to get popped for EPO years ago. Served a 5 year suspension. Now he is looking at more than 5 years.

If that's true it doesn't read that way.  I think he's only getting the one fine and suspension but has to return purse money from all the positives.  If this is the case, it's complete bullshit!

Not a lot of money at rosecroft (speedway) raceway but getting the bulk of the purse money means you won’t starve either!!
Any idea how much this new “drug” costs to produce?
