WOW I WENT BACK AND SKIMMED ALL 3 PAGES. NOT ONE PERSON MENTIONED DAVE PALONE. INTERESTING.

He's no where near top five.  Probably not top ten.  He's big fish in small pond at the Meadows.  He has used his power to dominate there for a long time.  Can't win the big ones though.  Doesn't travel because on the grand circuit he can't own half the field.
