How did you know the odds on a horse that was barred from wagering??

 Barred means exempted= you can't bet him , therefore no odds. If he finishes , let's say third.The tri would pay off on 1st 2nd 4th.
If he wins, the 2nd horse is paid to win. So it's like it's not even there as far as wagering payoffs.
