If you think Cullipher uses drugs then you are stupid. Anyone with eyes can see when a racehorse is pacing out of its mind and gets stronger and the race gets longer. Allard, Banca, istrada and former Pena  winners all look like they could go around again.  Cullipher is legit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he just get back from suspension?  Sounds legit!  tmbz1

Sure did. They had a rule change for Banamine ( aspirin for horses). It went from 24 hours out to 48 hours out AND THEY DIDN’T TELL ANYONE.  If this was taken to court it would be a slam dunk innocent acquittal.

You are correct. He met Tom Pollack. Tom has 100 horses with him. Good for team Cullipher/Pollack.   Tom is not afraid to spend money.

Cullipher has a well run stable with Pollock buying the very best horses, nothing dirty or special about their operation. Enrico Robinson runs the NJ stable and pretty much does so on his own. Tom spends a ton of money and Jeff and his team manage them well.

So Jeff isn't even the one training the horses in NJ yet gets all the credit.

He should get the credit.  I'm sure he lines up all the shipments they receive.  ngc3

The optics and the reality on this was very bad for the NJRC, and especially Judy Nason. This had to do with Bute (as well as Flunixin), both NSAID's, and the change from 24 to 48 hours out. I don't see the horsemen being guilty of anything here. They are being railroaded.
