The horse was put on the vet’s list by Indiana Commission not USTA.  He will only be not allowed to race in Indiana. No other commissions have rules to suspend horse for a medication infraction.

Once again. The USTA only reports fines and suspension from the state racing commissions. They have nothing to do with the fines and suspensions.
