Due to horrible track conditions? And they would not allow a trainer to scratch their horse because they had already post paraded, but the track was terrible? Just got a message. Saw one DNF in the first yesterday. Also saying they only scrape the track four deep.

The real story is they cut the track open before the card and got nailed with a downpour. Tried racing the first on it without scraping it and horse broke a leg. No excuse. That's on the track.

Not to make light of a dead horse. But. In 30 years of training horses I’ve never had a judge tell me I couldn’t scratch. Also if the track was that bad WTF are the drivers thinking going 28 to the 1/4 at buffalo?

Happens all the time, especially thoroughbreds...s tewards can and will make them race.
