What happened to Dexter Dunn?
« on: March 02, 2024, 10:57:50 PM »
I've been watching Dexter Dunn driving at the meadowllands of late. It seems like he is barely trying with his horses. I can't remember him driving so poorly. Nine starts so far tonight (Saturday). No winning ciecle photos. At one point, I thought he was the top driver in the nation. Was I very wrong? Or is he in a slump?

He's just doing the motions now, once it starts to mean something, he will come screeching around the last turn
It doesn't hold weight when you are only doing something out of spite, after being kicked out & having nowhere to go.

Just being a phony with a grudge (& no job), didn't seem to care for years.
Let go from the hate, free yourself.

By FAR the leading money earner per drive in the world over the last four years and last year was an "OFF" year for him and still did 10.8 million on only 1200 drives. Very laid back on many overnight drives and almost never over uses a horse. Will do 12 million this year for fun.
