You can't tell me Donnie & Rene do not know each other & do business with each other. I've been blessed by their presence many times.

Big Boy Dreams is all you need to know...

Next you'll say J.MacKay doesn't know Allard either

Racing is big on the island. The government supports it, nice well maintained tracks, they try to put on a show. However, how many working there, albeit drivers/trainers/ grooms make enough to make a living? 2%??

You need to check your facts.  The casinos have broke the island. Revenue is down significantly last 5 years. Coming to a city near you next

Great place 1 week of year.  After that week nobody knows it exists.

  Usually 10 days

Use to always be afternoon races & evening double headers all week/end.

Horse decline in North America has put a big dent in what was always double card every day of the week. Now it’s short fields, once daily, some days no racing & the sire stakes program is shrinking by the year. Nova Scotia & New Brunswick racing on life support sure doesn’t help.

Price of horses are sky high, even if you have one racing open class on the island (purse less then $4000 weekly) no way you can come ahead with trainers bills, vet bills etc. etc. etc.
