When I went to the paddock several times last year, and parked in the lot between the building and the horse trailer parking, I walk right by the security window, and nobody asked for my license.

I went to breeders crown at the meadowlands years ago and there was no security at all.  My trainer had a horse in and I actually drove there separately and I took the groom who was paddocking the horse with me.  I had a paper copy of my New Jersey license at the time as i did not get the picture copy that was required.  I actually walked into the paddock at 1130 am breeders crown day and had many individuals there sign a hambletonian hat and a few chats with those individuals too!  A once in a lifetime experience to see all these people gathered in one place in the biggest day of races in harness racing.
