You’re exactly right. When the judge and DA are making comments in the media about your guilt. No way you are going to win trial. But you will win on appeal every time

  • Kirby's Ace: We have an update following the accident at Eldorado Scioto Downs on Friday (May 8th): Five drivers were injured. All the horses involved in the accident are OK. Kayne Kauffman suffered a fractured heel. Aaron Merriman suffered five broken ribs, a shattered scapula, and a partially collapsed lung. He is being kept in the hospital for further observation. We will update the status of the drivers' conditions as we know more. We wish everyone involved a speedy recovery.
