FAILURE TO PAY FINE(S)

On December 12, 2023, the New Jersey Racing Commission (NJRC) Board of Judges
assigned to Freehold Raceway issued Ruling No. 23FRE109 which imposed a monetary
fine against you in which payment was to be received by the NJRC not later than January
5, 2024. As you have failed to comply with the terms of Ruling No. 23FRE109 by failing to
pay the fine by the required due date, you are in violation of N.J.A.C. 13:71-1.21. As a
result, you are hereby suspended indefinitely until such time payment has been received by
the NJRC. Said suspension shall be effective immediately.
Status as of 2/6/2024 - Amendment - Kubi Erzene having paid the $100.00 fine issued
against him in Ruling No. 23FRE109, dated December 12, 2023 by the Board of
Judges at Freehold Raceway is hereby restored to good standing in the State of New
Jersey. Ruling No. 24FRE4, dated January 10, 2024, is hereby rescinded.
