Bud's try to regain their customers all summer flat failed.  The inexperienced Ivy Leaguers came in and thought she saw an underserved group, LGBTQ, but didnt eval the effect on committed customers.  Now, while previously loyal Bud drinkers might expect a mea culpa apology on a $4M SB commercial, that would be too far a reach.  I did see the Clysedale spot and then- the all-American, beer belly slow w/ the genie commercial.  I think Bud in an odd way are saying - we messed up; we realize the avg folk in this commercial are Bud guzzlers.
This gaffe has cost them plenty - incr advertising to their base, hiring Peyton and Emmet, and then the rebate.  I saw at Kroger a rbate that got Bud down to $12 for a 24 can case  -  BUZZ KILL ! the Bud cooler was still full while the Miller and Coors was bare.

Tho, the fact remains that after Kelce pursued her, he sudden;y picked up additional commercial endorsements .. and who's to say the Swiftie bus didn't benefit along w the NFL.

I stopped following football many years ago although I was heavy into it as a teen etc. I managed to watch 3 minutes of the Super Bowl Sunday.  In those 3 minutes they talked about Kelce twice and showed Swift with her galpals whooping it up after the botched punt return. 

So basically I missed nothing ... How many times did I avoid them talking about the glory couple over and over and showing Swift?  A hundred??  more?  I managed to get the whole thing in three minutes. Talk about lucky and not raising my blood pressure having to listen to the same BS over and over.
