I'm about 80% sure that case is settled and he had time tacked on the current sentence. If I remember correctly he was ordered to an an additional 7yrs and around 20k in restitution. The dealer was given 4yrs. With the case being so recent, the snoop hounds on this site should be able to get the details in less than 5 minutes! I was surprised that the dealer was given a much lighter sentence considering that he is in his 20's and and Grasso will be in till the next life begins!

Grasso was fined $1, placed on two years probation and ordered to pay $21,649 in restitution to the casino.

The casino was tipped off because someone actually won playing an electronic(fixed) table game.  No one is ever supposed to win, so they became suspicious when someone cashed out 20k.

I would have thought the casino was a state case, not Fed. So, tacking on to his sentence would make no sense. I can only hope the Feds release him to the state when he is done at Club Fed.
