Finally something the USTA did to help the Integrity of racing---excellent reporting.
We only got to hear half the full story about this heinous abuse of an animal by a sick individual who should never have been or will be in the future--near any animal. Im glad Cote did the right thing-- a job well done -and act on FACTS--not on innuendos and rumors--which he has done in the past banning people from Gural Tracks.

Every place it says Cote in the article it should be substituted with Petrelli. Don't you hate it when credit is not given where credit is due. Shame on you Cote and USTA.
