Bartlett
« on: January 23, 2024, 11:45:00 PM »
Jason won 500 Hilltop races in 2023, in 1975 trips to the gate, compared to runner-up Brennan's meager 304 tallies.  So far, 2024, over two nights = 0/20 - lotta favorites, Engblom, buncha odds-on.
Gotta be feelin' it.

Quite a reversal from last week's M1 fiesta.

In my opinion a driver dominating is bad for the bettors. That is unless you like betting odds on horses.
I hope Jason doesn't dominate in 2024.

Jason is a great driver. It's part of the game boys some nights you can't lose and in his case win 7 in a night. In others you can trip them out get everything your own way and get picked off late. It's harness racing.   If he needs a fill in with his wife I'll take a few rounds lol

I'm not a Yonkers fan but I do know this! If Jason was all that and a bag of chips,he would be 1st call in the Grand Circuit races,no matter where they are! It looks like he has Merrimanitis!

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.
