Disagree.  Horse racing is a privilege not a right.  If he has arrests he can be banned like anyone else.  Sounds like he has some anger and/or drinking issues if this story is true.

A lot of people are saying this is true...SCM appears to taking solely this guy's word.  I need more evidence.  If this is true he deserved more than what he got!  If it didn't, Moreau should have been suspended.
