Is Michigan like most states --- you need a track to hold a casino license ?

If it's not tied to a casino --- who would open a harness track business ?

Nope! You just have to be an Indian. ( the woo woo woo kind, not a muck muck). The people of Plymouth are ok with racing, they will fight to the death  to keep any other form of gambling out!

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
