If I didnt know any better, the way this person complains about Dayton, where they supposedly warm up horses. I'd say this chooch would rather collect unemployment.  Dude, dont go the the track if its such a shit hole you seem to be a person just looking to stir up conversation, for attention, in which case there's an APP for that.

This is a valid topic / point. But it is not just at Dayton. It baffles me that a  trainer can get a violation for medication in 2022 and continue to race through 2023 with days being taken in 2024. There is no integrity anymore. How can this be fair and appropriate to those trainers who play by the rules? In addition, the penalties being imposed are so inconsistent. You can ask for a split sample, which comes back confirming the initial medication violation. Then you drop your appeal and get half the penalty? How is that right? You asked for the split sample, therefore you cannot drop your appeal!! No longer should these trainers be dragging these violations out and trying to work the system. Own up to your actions and move on. Absolutely ridiculous.

So true there is a small trainer here in Ohio who got 2 positives she appealed them both and would not let her race here so she got her a paper trainer and I found who it was and I went to the judges and they stopped that trainer to race they need to do more of that to trainers this is taking money out of are pockets there is a lot more trainers here that should not be allowed to race here
