Dylan is on the list and won't be welcome at the BigM at some point and just wins the Progress Pace at Dover.  Does the list even mean anything?  Why would Gural let them race through November?  That's just crazy to me.  And I doubt Delaware will do anything to anyone, never do.

I read that and it's complete bullshit.  My question is why would that be considered an ok option?  Let them race?  Let the owners find a new trainer or partners?  They are in on it!  Several owners names are on the list!  Just a fucking excuse and no consequences!

I think they have come a long ways in a year or so. Is racing clean yet. NO..  Look at the positives every week and I think those are just some of them. IF they keep coming out with names it will continue to help as many people just don’t want to be associated with the dopers past or present. 
A big step would be if the state commissions started giving more days and stop cutting fines and suspensions in half if not appealed. 
The use of appeals and beards is what allows  the dopers to continue..and flourish
