As I have said before, HRU is almost unreadable with the exception of Bob Carson (Trey Nosrac) and Breaking Stride.  His contribution today will scare the shit out of those who make their daily bread and butter from harness racing.  He does offer a solution but the question remains ........will the folks in charge actually run with it.

These wagering hubs have far too much power if they are allowed to decide which winners get paid and which ones don't! Until they have concrete evidence that a crime has been committed, a winning wager MUST be paid! There has to be a clear definition of what types of wagering is prohibited! A bet made should always be a bet paid!
