What became of Mike Lazar jr.? I remember a night at RR circa 1986ish where he arrived one night with the new version of the single hitch sulky. He was literally renting it out for $250 per race. He won 1 race with it and 6 more horses did. total of 7 out of 11. couple times a guy waiting to post parade had to wait on the track for the last winner to get back from the winner's circle.
What became of a guy named Andy Goetz? Was hooked up with John Hogan. Huge ego / little ability. Inadvertently ruined a horse of mine, but that's another story. Someone told me he would wear his colors and whip on airplanes and try to drum up business.
