See Darlings 2 year old is back in the box , in race#1 Saturday night. Looks like the sky is the limit for him based on his start last week.

If he goes forward that will give All Bets Off 2 great performers this year.  Pass Line is arguably the best 2 yr old filly this year and IMO would give Geocentric and Burke's sister to Lou's Perlman a serious run for their money.  Nobody really talks about it here but when she recovered from that break for 2nd in the Battle of the Belles it was akin to TCI when he broke and won the million,  and countless other trotters over the years that have recovered from early breaks be there at the finish.  The fact that she's a pacer and did that from so far back is very rare.

  • Trigger: I'm retracting...Gold en Tempo punched his derby ticket (60 points), Ortiz hitting left and horse going sharp left is a bit change (see Sierra Leone).  Horse lost by 1 and lost shit tons w/ diagonol move.  I'm loading up on him in pool 6!

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.

  • Trigger: If Pavlovian can rate a bit, maybe he wins the derby.  Nice horse  tmbz1

  • Trigger: I thought BT & I had a real good shot w/ a 110 4/5, wide but nice momentum, and then a sharp left turn mid stretch ended that  ngc3
