They / them needed a good punch in the mouth. After all, you wouldn't have been hitting a woman.

Females in the Meadowlands Pace: the only three I recall off the top of my head were Courageous Lady, Hazel Hanover and Miss Easy (who won the consolation against the boys.)

Miss Easy was the greatest pacing filly I ever saw. Lou Guida called her the best looking horse he ever bought. Sanibel Island my all time fave aged mare. This filly Twin B Joe Fresh looks very special. races like a colt.

So far Confederate has done what he needs to do, If he wins out, HOY? He's not racing next year, he's controlled by AB. He'll have a great book of mares.

What if Silva Hanover wins out , her only loss , looked like a winner til she run,
Or Brain Browns 2 yr pacing Filly, Geo. She’s undefeated and is dodging anyone or racing with stable mates

i was a big fan of Sanibel Island

Steve Warrington handled her brilliantly and took the blame for her winning streak being snapped in the Mistletoe Shalee--she wasnt favored

Sannabelle Island  1997 American national at Sportsman's Park - Sanabelle brushes to the lead and holds off what seems like 20 different horses at various points in the stretch - HER 19TH straight win.  She was unsound, racky gaited, turned her head sharply to the right and she just gave you everything and kept on going. My God what a mare.

23 wins in a row before she got beat. She was in a terrific traffic jam in the stretch with Stevie desperately looking for a lane that never materialized.

Which Niatross race are you referring to?

  • MTP1972: I have a different take on carryovers. If you're betting a track who has a good handle like Mohawk the Early Pick 5 pool is around $100,000, maybe $50,000 for the Pick 4 pool. When there's a carryover the CAW's bet thousands into the pool and have every combination covered multiple times. In a smaller pool there's a better chance for a big score because less of their money is in there, same for the Pick 6 in California.

  • Trigger: Thanks Calhoun, GL to you too, big scores ahead!  Check out Mohawk last Sat early p5, $67891.89 .20 payout w/ 3 horses < 3-1 odds, the other 2 races, nw1 and claimers, wow, the perfect storm.

  • Calhoun: Trigger, $25k/$500per week. Sounds great. IMO, you have 2 best options. 1) 100% of play on certain CarryOvers.  Pick-5 Carryovers are best. Pro is Near EV or +EV. Con is it's a ton of work in 1 day at worst or 3/4 days at best. But $500 gets you a lot of coverage. ..2) Focus 100% on one track, WITHOUT a lot of ship Ins. Woodbine, Remington, SoCal and Texas fit. WDB and Rem closed/closing. Whichever you choose, you need to know every single horse. You MUST have access to workout videos. You need to learn trainers. Good Luck
