THIS IS SPECULATION WITHUT FACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE CASE BUT ONE COULD REASON THAT THIS FELLA HAS IN FACT COOPERATED AGAINST FOLKS ALREADY INDICTED OR POSSIBLE A NEW ROUND OF INDICTMENTS IS BEING STRUCTURED.   HE WAS SCHEDULED SEVERAL TIMES TO REPORT AND STRANGELY HE WAS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO REMAIN OUT OF JAIL AND MOVE FORWARD WITH HIS LIFE.  ADDITIONALLY, THE DEFENDANTS ATTORNEY AND THE PROSECUTORS BOTH AGREED TO DROP THE APPEAL---THEREFORE THAT INDICATED THE RULE 35 (B).
