Surick had a reporting date of 9/6 for prison but as of yesterday, he was still not in the system.

With the force removal of the Assistant Racing Commissioner of NJ last week, some think they're somehow tied together.

I am beginning to think justice will be served only when Karma finally shows up.

THERE HAS BEEN NUMERUS SEALED DOCUMENTS FILED BY THE COUNSEL OF MR. SURICK AND THE GOVERNMENT OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS.   AS RECENTLY AS AUGUST 16 THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FILED DOCUMENTS AND AGAON ON SEPTEMBER 20 COUNSEL FOR MR. SURICK FILED AND SEALED A DOCUMENT.   ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE IN FACT SEALED.   SO THE PUBLIC DOES NOT KNOW ANY OF THIS.

SOMEONE STATED THAT MR. SURICK HAS TURNED AGAIN TO TESTIFY AGAINST OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST-----IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THAT IS A CORRECT ASSESSMENT.   NOT SURE BUT MY OPINION WOULD BE THERE IS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BEING RELAYED TO THE GOVERNMENTS CASE AGAINST THE CURRENT DEFENDANTS OR QUITE POSSIBLY NEW DEFENDANTS.   THEREFORE, THE PROSECUTION MAY HAVE LEFT MR. SURICK OUT OF JAIL WHILE THIS ALL PANS OUT.    HE WAS SENTENCED BY A JUDGE AND THE SENTENCE WILL BE SERVED.  THE APPEAL WAS WITHDRAWN FOR REASON SINCE THE PROSECUTOR AGREED TO JUDGE THAT THEY WANTED THE CONTINUANCE TO REPORT AS WELL.   

AS OF SEPTEMBER 20 2023 ANOTHER SEALED DOCUMENT WAS FILED WITH THE COURT.

Neither her father or his owners have enough money to put her up in Monaco, But maybe Monacca PA, a real possibility.
