as we wait for the GUARANTEE to be posted on race 1 6pm et NORTHFIELD
'fm nw1/15,000 clm. pace' and its 20CENT 10,664 U.S. HI5 CARRYOVER, that will certainly go, the sat night program is out, and for serious pgm. line players, key things to note. And i cant stress enough importance of accurate and complete names being noted on past performance lines, in examples just like this, and a big payout race upon us. Wake up Ohio!!!!

Grab your pencils/prgm and here we go:

3 SUMMER FUN 8-1 ML
on aug 26 was driven and trained by Braiden Rhoades (not susp. Bill, with exact same 'B Rhoad' prgm markings, who is now back in the show). BUT Summer Fun was claimed out of that race from the Rhoads clan and now Elson Miller (.343) will train, Eric Tharps will drive.  hmmmm.

4 LILY BY THE SEA  7-2 ML
on aug 26, driver was listed as 'L Ebersole', was actually Logan Ebersole...Grismo re has drive for regular trainer K Sherman this sat.  hmmm.

6 SOMETHINGABOUTME  20-1 ML
on aug 26, driver listed as 'L Ebersole', was indeed Luke Ebersole, who was trainer as well...Luke drives and trains again Sat.

7  MOMMA BEAR  20-1 ML
on aug 26, driver listed as 'L Ebersole', was actually Logan Ebersole, who returns again tonight, and again for trainer....Jeff Ebersole!!

Elsewhere in that race: #1 (3-1) has new trainer, Randy Bendis (.324) who brings her to Ohio from 'competitive' NY Excel program, desperate for win?
the trailer #9, Lems horse, for (.404) Ryan Miller, listed at 9-5, may well benefit from such desperation.
....and A Merriman nowhere to be seen...returning from aft at Meadows

we shall see.

Get paper copy of this race, mark it up accordingly with sharp pencil, and make some cash, while most everyone else at that time worrying about the 10th at some saturday t'bred operation.
6pet hijincks can be some of the best time to score harness profits, with few paying real attention, EXCEPT a few in the know backstretch mandarins'.

As we wait for the GUARANTEE to be posted on race 1 6pm et NORTHFIELD sat eve:
'fm nw1/15,000 clm. pace, Purse 8800' and its sizeable 20CENT $10,664 U.S. HI5 CARRYOVER, that will certainly go, the early program and lines are out, and for serious pgm.line players, key things to note, inc. missing chart line. And i cant stress enough the importance of accurate and complete driver/trainer names being noted on past performance lines, with examples just like this, in advance of a sizeable exotic pool race upon us. Wake up Ohio!!!!

Grab your pencils/prgm and here we go:

3 SUMMER FUN 8-1 ML

4 LILY BY THE SEA  7-2 ML
on aug 26, driver was listed as 'L Ebersole', was actually Logan Ebersole...Grismo re has drive for regular trainer K Sherman this sat.

5 GOLD STAR SNOBALL. 20-1 ML (the ML before wed night aug 30 late 'missing line' victory). a 2-1 NF winner wed. eve out of #3 post for Angus Lake/Wengerd after breaking at start vs. level below this Sat night field. Maybe they found something in this 'regular breaker', BUT cracking any of top three spots here will require a clean trek..at least.

6 SOMETHINGABOUTME  20-1 ML
on aug 26, driver listed as 'L Ebersole', was indeed Luke Ebersole, who was trainer as well...Luke drives and trains again Sat.

7  MOMMA BEAR  20-1 ML
on aug 26, driver listed as 'L Ebersole', was actually Logan Ebersole, who returns again tonight, and again for trainer...Jeff Ebersole.

Elsewhere in that race: #1 (3-1) has new trainer, Randy Bendis (.324) who brings this 2 yr old filly to Ohio from 'competitive' NY Excel program to compete against older. Meantime, her trailer, #9, Lems horse KILLER WAVES for (.404) Ryan Miller, listed at 9-5, may well benefit from #1's trainer 'upgrade'
+ NOTE: A Merriman nowhere to be seen, returning from aft at Meadows..Mr Wrenn also n/a.

We shall see.

I agree JC with the importance of names in the program.
I like your analysis of some of the horses in race 1-

I have another "where " question! Where are all of the 51,52&53 miles since the reopening! I did notice that the passing lane seems to open up a bit sooner. Anybody noticed any other things that might have changed?

Has anyone heard, how short Northfield was, prior to the track being redone?

I absolutely agree Brown Jug, they did the right thing.  Just curious as to how short the track was prior.
What, if anything does that do to any Track/World Records.

The track was 68 feet short for a mile.  So a second and a half.  The track seems to play pretty fair and not such a speed bias as in the past.

I have not fully recovered from the surgery that i had on this past Monday...so, i won't be back on Saturday, but hopefully i will be back on Sunday.
With that said...this is how i see the first race...

R1--9251

#9 Killer Waves--Has been facing the best competition. Raced at NFLD before in Buckeye Stallion Series( better than this field) She was poised to strike from the pocket but had to check at the 3/4, then broke on the last turn, finishing off the board. The one i will single on top of High 5 tickets

good luck,
