Interesting read! SCM not entirely wrong on his claims. Also in today's day and age, hard to act like you don't know anything about destroying wetlands... Some what of a stupid response to make, when environmental issues have been a hot topic for decades.

Never knowingly engaged in any wrongdoing. Only thing missing from usual song and dance is a  reference to a northfield groom  being involved. ngc3

As long as this has been going on back and forth his lawyer bill probably much higher than the actual fine.

Damnnnnnn

I think rent is going to be going up --- to offset the costs.  The 200k penalty is going to be nothing compared to the costs to undo the damage done. And Authorities will probably keep a watchful on on the restoration of property.

Way too late for that!  Those 2 hate each other.  I do think Ford could pay him off to shut up about him.  But people like Ford think they are above the law or consequences.

I just think of these two together but ur probably right.

And the quote that he wasnt knowingly aware of any wrongdoing is totally unbelievable. Everyone knows you gotta check environmental impact out these days. I agree Ford arrogance here appears to project a disgraceful disregard for norms the rest of us adhere by.

Just read an article saying he diverted a stream and was illegally dumping for 9 years at both his locations. And he wants to tell us he didn't know what he was doing or that it was wrong? Cmon, Mark!

All of these gvt agencies that have oversight are close to useless. Its a mistake to piss them off though. Sometimes one does that and they will go after one with a vengance.

All these negative comments on a successful trainer/business man who put back into the business some of what he took out.

Let's see..... prime land over 200 acres some of which is subdivided in Orange County NY probably worth in excess of $14 Million. Let's hope he doesn't sell like Show Place did.
