Larry Stalbaum/KimAsher
« on: July 24, 2023, 05:06:35 PM »
Maybe someone on Plop can answer this one. So for what seemed to be a long time Kim Asher was the listed trainer for Stalbaum horses. Then I was at Saratoga Raceway about 3-4 years ago and Stalbaum no longer had Asher listed as the trainer. Stalbaum wins a race and in the winners circle I asked this very young lady what became of Asher. She just stared at me but said nothing. A few minutes later a lady security guard approaches me who overheard my question and tells me the very young girl is Stalbaum’s new girlfriend. I have never seen Kim Asher listed as a trainer since then. Was Asher a real trainer and if yes what happened to her?

I am no longer sure what a real trainer is but yes for many years she was the "trainer", GF and mother to the brood. I have herard she was rarely in the barn and her job was raising the kids. They did come out here together deacdes ago from michigan

The young blonde was Tracey Tarantino. She was his girlfriend and "trainer".
