Bongiorno/dunn
« on: July 10, 2023, 04:52:52 PM »
Been busy but if I was Dex I would of knocked the shit out of joe after he leaves with a 99 to 1 shot and runs me a 53.1 half in the pace elim.  I am not a big bongiorno fan but appreciate that he gives 110 percent every time he's on the track.  But come on kid these aren't cheap claimers ya fucking bone head

Christchurch is nearly impassible to grab and rate once he fires off the gate like that

Dex is obviously a great driver, but there’s no way he’d been able to release Joey once the accelerator was pressed on that colt

He’s a nice colt too but that’d be his biggest drawback.

I am surprised Dunn didn't choose Christchurch. Not surprised Zeron chose El Rey though

From what I've been told, once you punch the accelerator on Christchurch there's no going back. I don't think DD had the choice of a give and go.

Watch the replay.  DD reached up and grabbed the buckles.  When you have Joey out there whipping and slashing you can't shut Christchurch off.  He's an idiot to drive.  Joey knew that and did it on purpose.  That horse doesn't show leaving all year but Meadowlands Pace he suddenly needs the front? LOL Timmy T had that planned out long before Saturday night!
