If I owned a track?

Speed be damned!
I would try to maintain a more forgiving cushion.
No more rock hard speedway.
If you want a fast record, go elsewhere.
Let's try and save some knees,pastern, and sesamoid bones.

I would only turn on the teletimer for qua races.
Qua time?  A flat mile in 2:10

For the benefit of the come from behind horse.
Back to the old style bikes.
No more 15 lenghts back at the quarter.
