I've said all along he's a fucking puppet and doesn't realize it.  All these organizations and political officials have wanted racing to stop for a long time.  Peta and NYCLASS for their reasons and the politicians so the money can go elsewhere.  They need a puppet like SCM to stir the pot.   Someone who is mad at the world because he's a loser and has nothing else to do.  SCM is too stupid to realize these people aren't his friends and don't give a rat's ass about him.  They are looking for any reason to pull the plug.  Everyone has known forever that these guys are cheating scumbags.  This isn't breaking news SCM.  For SCM to throw old fragile Dave under the bus that way shows SCM is looking for something out of this in the end.  When he realized Dave wasn't handing out any more money, he sold him out.  SCM thinks somehow he will be appointed to something with a salary.  What a moron!

NYCLASS and PETA are not who I would be as concerned with.

SCM DIDNT BRING THESE CHEATERS TO LIGHT A FEW MONTHS AGO UNTIL HE GOT TOSSED OUT OF HARNESS RACING. FROM WHAT I READ ON THIS FORUM THAT NOT VERY MANY PEOPLE LIKE MARK FORD AND THE OTHER SCUMBAGS, BUT NOBODY LIKES SCM EITHER! I GUESS ITS A TIE. WHEN HE HAD A GUY LIKE YARROCK FEEDING HIM INFORMATION AND HE SIMPLY ASKS HIM TO PLEASE WAIT 2 DAYS BEFORE HE BREAKS THE STORY, I BELIEVE SCM SHOULD OF RESPECTED THE OLD MANS WISHES AND IN 2 DAYS HE COULD OF GONE CRAZY WITH THE STORY. SCM IN MY OPINION IS STARVING FOR ATTENTION AND TRYING TO GET HIMSELF SOME KIND OF CUSHY JOB IN HARNESS RACING

Don't have any sides in this fight, but there is 2 things Mike may not realize. If he went to the Feds they will investigate his background first before moving forward with any info he gives. Normal way of doing things. Second, most if not all info comes from a different source, so the Feds would need the first hand version. That's for the events that happened already. If they are guilty of these things and continue to operate it will be very easy target for any Law Enforcement. Time will tell.

He may be making waves now, however no one has done as much as Gural did putting at least 10 scum bags in prison. When Mike gets more in prison than Gural did , we can hoist him up.
