Correct. Section 230 is an interesting case law matter; are social media platforms liable for content, as newspapers are? Right now, as it (sort of) relates to sites like FB, they are just innkeepers, if you will, of posts, posters, and content generated by members. That might be altered, changed,  stricken down.

Bottom line is even now, you should be mindful of what you post.
