Servis won the biggest stakes race & went down. Allard was a top three harness trainer & went down. Why would anyone be to big to go down?

Not sure anyone is too big to be taken down.  I would think the big operations keep their circles a little tighter.  It was Surick and Navarro's big mouths that brought this whole thing down.  Let's not forget that!

They had thousands of hrs of taped calls. So far it has been mostly the trainers.  I would expect there are some interesting calls between trainers, drivers and OWNERSÖ..

Thatís not true. Surick and Allard both had big stables and Allard was leading trainer at YR for two years straight. Thatís as big as it gets. The thing is the FEDs donít make a move until they got you. Thatís why 98% conviction rate. They are watching the big and smalls guys. You think they donít have phone conversations with Surick and Marty Engle or Navarro and his connections. They have a lot more people right now but again, they wonít indict them until they get more. They could probably take down Erv Miller right now if they wanted after the year he had last year. Thatís why you have to be a fool to buy any horses and use Erv this year in my opinion. Erv is sharp and wonít repeat that kind of year. Itís andy and Julie who will keep pushing and get caught.

Their barn isn't that impressive to me based on what they spend.  And there is no chance they don't have any conversations involving Erv and almost son-in-law Nicky at some point.

Did Poliseno get sentenced yet?  That fat little weasel deserves everything he's got coming!  I told everyone on here he was driving a truck and trailer leaving Dover Downs since all this has come out.  And shocker, just like the industry...no seemed to care.  Hard to believe it's a dead game!

Thinking back, Pena is lucky he got the boot when he did.  You know his ass would've gotten years!  He's got to feel lucky that he isn't in the group!    tmbz1

I think you are spot on. Connect the dots and follow the money. Surick was really tight with Erv. Theyíve got seven years worth of phone calls, texts and video survellience. Iíd bet on it. Erv is on their radar but they still donít have enough yet. One thing that I might believe is they might hold off on the bigger names hoping that they donít keep blatantly rubbing it in the publicís face so they can back off. But you mark my words, Erv will not have the kind of year at Indy that he did last year and he spent twice as much. Ask lucPark and his partners. They were giving Erv blank checks to buy whatever he wanted. One of these days you will see Erv get locked up. Mark my words.

He's so lucky and he is still racing. He's at The "Clean" Meadowlands too. A Piece of The Action is him.

Nobody

Else

Government not going after anyone else

There is no phase 2 of charges

They caught sandals and Navarro

Navarro fcked someone in the government  that had horses with him

It all started with Navarro

Surick was stupid enuff to talk on phone
And hooked up other guys

There wonít be a phase two

 Fact legit

Is this another one of your predictions like the one you said Nikki would get reduced jail time ?

He doesn't know shit!  If Erv goes to jail just give them to Tyler George.  He's at training god and is 100% clean.  Just ask the ass hats who defend them.

I've heard a lot of speculation of the next to fall. Anyone have solid proof or hear say?? I've heard tetrick/king.  Di Domenico.   How's Andy miller free and clear? He was suricks main man.

Fact check: Stag Party raced Jan 10th at the Big M with Ryder listed as trainer & West Wins Stable (Casie is West Wins Stable) listed as owner.

Won again last night at Dover...Mike Hall trainer.
