Nick should get at least 5 years in my opinion. The support or character letters are to much. A child could see through that & i suspect a federal judge will not be impressed.

Jason Servis, probably the "biggest name" in the doping scandal will change his plea to guilty today in New York.

Servis trained Maximum Security which fisnished first in the 2019 Derby but got DQd.  Horse won several G1s, Florida Derby, PAcific Classic, Haskell... 7 in all IIRC.

Servis had a change of heart after his Vet changed his plea to Guilty and ratted him out.

However long or short his sentence, Servis won't likely live through it as he's very ill.

Looks like someone has been sending the Feds false and misleading info about Mrs. Surick's little boy. Still, it will have negligible if any sway with the Judge. She knows he has been doing his BS for years.

I spend much of my summers down in Deal , NJ.. On an afternoon visit to Monmouth Racetrack a horse won that was owned by Surick & Jeff Bamond ( who was another hot trainer in NY at that time) and trained by Navarro.. i was wondering whatever happened to Bamond since he appeared so successful?

Dex. was often a false positive, brought on by the use of SGF-1000.That is what they all got busted for.
