owner A decides to borrow lets say in the neighborhood of 20 million or so from (SUCKER) owner B...

this is a true story names  kept out  to
 protect the innocent i mean the  (dumbass).

now owner B is suing owner A for 40 million or so for damages and orignal monies loaned


guess which to harness owners ...

winner gets a trip to any training center in  the country this winter.AND 1000 IN SPENDING MONEY..

Purchase and resale of mortgages scheme.
Mortgage company went out of business in July.
Lawsuit filed Oct 11.
