Of course not. Management at Monticello has done everything possible to make customers not want to return. That started day 1 of the slots era. If and when anyone would question them you get lies and a reverse spin that they are doing everything for the customer.
Howard Oil is just a horrible race caller so it's necessary to bash him every so often when he really screws up.

Poor Howie has been doing this job for what, 40 years. Not including the free-bees he did on the apron at Roosevelt Raceway. I don't know if I find it amazing or pathetic. Can you imagine calling the same crooked low lives day after day, year after year and not loosing your marbles?
 I have always had a little ADHD myself but to stay there and lend credence to these thieves generation after generation to me is incomprehensible.
I would bet he never made a 50K salary, ever. And I would assume he is on a per diem with no company paid benefits. 
So, does he deserve a medal or to be brought behind the paddock and shot in the head?
