It’s Phil Knox training the horse. He is under suspension so that’s how Scott nance got the horse. When philly got the boot nance was on the phone with the owner bad rapping on philly. Phil did everything with this horse. Nance never sat behind this horse one day. When the suspension is over philly will be back training her again.
