Let’s clean up racing on the gambling side.

Give the betting side a fair deal. Start with the degenerate from Monticello. Andrew Herzog. He’s been fixing races for decades. Pay’s drivers that have big favorites to stiff. It must be nice when you know the 1/5 won’t hit the board. He’s also part of that group that bets past the first turn.
I hope the racing board and FBI read this.

I don’t know if he got extra time back then but I was told he gets 12 seconds at Batavia now.

probably in his 70's now but I still see him claiming horses here and there...he's lasted almost 50 years in the game as a trainer and owner
