Nick-deserves and should get more time than anyone so far and fined more as well. He injected horses with anything and everything including EPO. Not only that but he hid the horse from investigators-who later tracked down said horse--confirmed EPO. he was also caught shock waving horses right before racing but managed to talk his way out by claiming the horses were going to be scratched .Involved with killing horses ( we all heard the tapes) and used PE drugs not only on his horses--but in cooperation with Navarro--and we all saw what happened to him--5 years Prison and some 20 Million in fines. Since Surick was a partner in crime not only with this guy-but also his own and who knows how many others??-he should get serious time .
Hes just a bad person for horse racing-who should never be allowed anywhere near a horse IMHO.He may have sung like a canary by hamstringing all his co conspirators and throwing them to the wolves to get himself off--but that would be a crime in itself to let this ahole off with minimal sentencing

Hearing back room talk of numerous positives getting ready to be announced.   Word on the street is some type of frog juice pain killer. What’s next mouse droppings????    Is there no end to the the drugs.   This business will be out of time very soon!!!!

Frog juice, elephant juice, snake venom all have been around and used for a long time to kill pain. These people haven't gotten away with this kind of crap forever so optimistic that anything comes out that is positive to the industry dealing with these folks?

Bond, trust me, his greatest fear should be how the court treats his guilty plea to obstruction. FEDS are humorless and vindictive. Ask, Martha Stewart. What was an investigation into insider trading, put her in a Federal Prison for the same behavior. She was never convicted of insider trading. Instead, they spanked her with 4 counts of obstruction. She got off very light with 6 months in Club Fed and 6 months in a mansion of her choice, that she owned. But, that was a world wide celebrity with friend of huge influence. Little Nicky has what, Casie Coleman, Michelle Crawford and Jorge Navarro as character references?
The boy will be doing a long stretch.
