whats up with mark poopo and gregg skeleton

is  gregg a convict? thier horses running way too good? something doesnt seem legal? the indiana commsion must know?

Kathy Millman is the real trainer in that barn. Been around for years and taught mark a lot about horses. Both of them are nice people but Kathy is the real trainer on their horses.
