Amy and Julie do train and probably put more time in than half of the male trainers out there.  I don't know personally about the rest.

The reason why a lot of wives/girlfriends/foremen are down as trainers is that if the DRIVER is the ACTUAL trainer-and he gets days- its my understanding that he cant START anything either---so why take that chance-could  make a driver penalty a lot worse.
