Get used to it, until the stakes start you get this crap. Keep track of Qualifiers, when the quality rises the racing will get better.

I couldnt have said it better myself!! The slient One is 100% correct. The quality of horses suck and when they put all the trot races on thursday when they have racing on thursday its even worse. Years ago in the winter the worst class of horse was maybe a 20 claimer or a 17500. Now you have races that are equivalent to 4 claimers. It is soooo sad. The drivers are worse, how can anyone bet their money on these nitwit amateur drivers like in the 4th race and the 7th race tonight friday. Not me I would not bet 1 dollar on this terrible product. They used to put these nitwit drivers in non betting races before the regular card started, they must be desperate. If they would put quality horses and to drivers out there more money would be wagered. Heavy gamblers are not going to bet nanny goats and unqualified nitwits driving their horse that  they bet on.

you folks do realize there is currently a horse shortage correct??
it cant be fixed in months, takes years
all gamblers really need especially from november to april is competitive races
who cares what time they go in, 155 or 152
that has been the problem in harness racing , fixated on the time, cant be a good race if it doesn't go in 151
in tb the time is rarely ever talked about, its class of race, running style etc
just give us/them competitive fields and 4 or 5 horses hitting the wire within a length of each other
i do agree those amateur races should be banded
from a handicapping point if tmac, yannick and zeron are the only competent drivers currently  shouldn't that make the handicapping easier

It is easier to handicap good horses, because they run more true to form, than 3k claimers. People that know horses know this, just dopey gamblers do not. Thats how you make money, having some sense and knowledge helps winning money not just luck!
