 IT APPEARS THERE ARE STILL A GROUP ON HORSEMEN WHO DONT WANT TO MOVE INTO THIS CENTURY WHEN IT COMES TO HORSE IDENTIFACATION

COME 2022 IF YOU DONT HAVE THW CHIP YOU SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO RACE. NO CHIP NO DIP

I can't wait to see trainers digging those microchips out of their bad 2 year olds neck, and putting that chip into their 1:50 4 year old neck and racing that 4 year old in the 2 yearold grand circuit , or Sire Stake! It will happen .
