The ARCI is now trying to scare people by telling them that the HISA act is possibly going to cost more money to govern. Ed Martin and the staff at the ARCI are fighting for their existence which is a joke. They tell trainers and veterinarians what allowable medications and withdrawal times they can use and then they crush people that follow their rules. The pathetic article is on the USTA website. Oh by the way... they caught more people this week on Dexamethasone, Methocarbamol, and regumate. Great job setting trainers and veterinarians up for failure. The ARCI has not and will never catch the real drug users because they have zero ability to do so. The FBI and better testing labs are the industries only chance at stopping the cheaters.

A vacation after Labor Day is the best time. Here in Maine, 90% of the tourists go home. Weather is still great, but Fall comes early here. LOL! Prices drop and the crowds are small. As for the ocean here, water temps at at about 60 degrees. LOL!
