problem is that The Jug hasn't been a 'Triple Crown Race for quite awhile.... Trainers have ducked going two trips on a half for quite awhile... And the bigger problem is not that the top horse or two would avoid.... the midlevel horses are bypassing and then you are left with the really short fields for the Elim races.
