In the latest “Fines and Suspensions” part of the USTA Website, Dan Dube got fined $300 for “failing to keep the hole closed.” Yet Mike Oosting was only fined $200 for “excessive use of the whip causing WELTS” on a horse he drove. Anybody see something A LITTLE BIT wrong with this??? Leaving WELTS on a defenseless animal gets a lesser fine than keeping a fucking hole closed??? IDIOTS!!!
