that's a tough call.  I'd have to say sleepy Joe is worse.  Totally fucking clueless.  Here's a guy and his family who've been living off the taxpayer's dime for nearly 50 years.  He''s put so many idiots in place as payback for letting the liberal media/facebook/twitter fudge packers pull off the biggest election heist ever.  I'll stop there without even addressing his vice-presidents short comings.

Cuomo, Clinton, Trump, John F Kennedy, Anothony Weiner, Dennis Hassert, Eliot Spitzer, Matt Gaetz, ……could go on for every……being a creep in politics is a party irrelevant proposition.   As far as competency of Presidents, neither Trump or Biden will ever be remembered other than the bottom 10% of the class.
