Does the drivers objection even exist anymore???
« on: August 02, 2021, 08:38:46 PM »
I bet a lot of different tracks and I cant remember the last objection I've seen.
In 3 weeks at saratoga thoroughbreds there has been 6 or 7 objections along with inquiries.
Must be harness drivers are afraid of causing waves???

Judges don’t have a clue.  They wouldn’t know what they were looking at.  Example.  Look at yesterdays (Sunday) first race at Lexington.  TROTTING race ..5 horse paces the last 30/40 yards . They leave him up and call the race official . Someone must have called them as he was charted with an x and placed 4 th.   That was long after the finish was posted official and prices posted..    Oh well, the purse will be paid correctly.
Hope the judges sharpen up before the Roaring Grand moves into town….

Just watched this replay. Pure comedy. Think of how many people got screwed over by the judges being completely inept at their jobs.
